Satisfaction Guarantee

 Each dog is guaranteed to be in good health, to the best of our knowledge, at the time of the sale.  Each dog has been vaccinated against distemper, hepatitis, parvo and rabies.   

 HPCS provides a limited health guarantee against skeletal and genetic defects for one year.  The defect must be proven through a licensed veterinarian and a second opinion will be done at the approval of HPCS.  Any medical alteration of the canine will void the warranty. 

 Workability guarantee is provided for the career of the canine.  The guarantee provides that HPCS will correct any training issue at no additional costs.  This guarantee is only provided if the buyer attends a 120 hour handler course and returns to HPCS for any training issues that may arise.  Any deviation from the prescribed training will void the workability guarantee.
